"Partner Blocks" cost $5,000.00 per block. | |
| Earning power; Lighthouse Liquidation & Auctions, LLC pays 5% ($250.00) annually per block.
Profit Sharing:
Profit sharing starts the beginning of the second year
Profit sharing continues until the minimum 5 years.
At the end of the 5 years you, as a mini partner can
choose to either cash in your blocks or continue your
earnings as a mini partner with your partner blocks.
| Terms and Conditions:
I agree to the following:
- investment blocks can not be transferred, resold, or refunded
- I agree that partner blocks are for a period, no less then 5 years
- I agree to receive profit activity reports will be provided yearly provided by Lighthouse Liquidation & Auctions, LLC
- I agree to receive 1099 forms at the end of each year showing my earnings
- I agree and completely understand that I am entering into a binding mini partner agreement with Lighthouse Liquidation & Auctions, LLC and it is in their full discretion to use the funds in any legal manor to produce positive incomes
- I agree that as a "partner block holder" I, the purchaser, have; no title, no voting rights, no authority over any discussion making within the corporation
- I agree to receive updates from IOPI via email or snail mail
- I agree and understand as with any investment or financial endeavor there is risk to the investment and I have entered into this agreement freely
