Sellers – To help you sell your inventory quickly and easily, and attract the most number of buyers,
we highly suggest you follow the following guidelines:
- Post a good photo(s) of the items you are selling — the better the photo, the easier the sale. Keep size 600px X 600px and please remember -- the lower the file size, the better for loading your auction photo. Maximum file size 500KB
- Post photo(s) of any displays that you are offering. The photo should be of a loaded display.
- Titles are very important don’t put “books” as you title and expect that it will draw attention. Make your titles exciting; “10,000 hard cover book deal known hot sellers” or “Best Sellers 10,000 pc book lot”
- Within the description put in all of your selling points, just as you would if a buyer was sitting across from you. Make your case as to why this is just what the buyer needs! As you know there is a buyer for everything, be honest in your descriptions.
- UPC number or Item number
- Provide the weight of the case: case dimensions H x W x L, cubic feet per case, total cases, pallet, or load size. Our wholesale bulk lot and closeout liquidation auction form requires that this information to be posted.
- Include Case packing information within the description of the product.
- List the total pieces in the lot: # of pieces per case and total quantity
- We offer the “Ask Seller a Question” Feature with each listing. When a buyer asks you a question, you will want to reply as quickly as possible.
- You, the seller, are given an opportunity to rate your buyers. This too is a very important feature of the auction. It helps build buyers’ reputations and makes this information available to other sellers. Your buyers will also be given an opportunity to rate you.
- We are hoping that by April 15th 2010 the rest of the features of the site will be completed. Once in place you will want to revisit this area amongst others as many will be up dated.

A: You can change your e-mail address information by clicking here. There are 2 steps to this
process. First, we will ask you to provide your old e-mail address or User ID, your password
and your new e-mail address. The system will then send you an email to verify your new e-mail
address.

Q: How do I find things?
A: Through our advanced search facility, you can look for specific items by name or item number, a
specific seller or bidder, and much more.
Q: What does the number in parentheses next to a person's User ID or e-mail address mean?
Example: isell (25)
A: This number indicates the user's current total feedback rating. You can view any user's feedback
profile by clicking on the number in parentheses. A user's feedback rating number changes
whenever a new feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or
decrease, based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this
number by +1-point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A negative comment will
decrease this number by -1 point.
Q: How do I bid on a wholesale bulk lot item I am interested in?
A: Once you have found a wholesale item you are interested in:
Buyers - There are certain points that we do suggest to you:
- Ask seller a question is one of the most important features of the auction. Please use it's to your advantage. By asking questions you will be an "informed buyer".
- Review the starting price of the wholesale bulk lot or closeout liquidation auction and the “price per piece” located in the lower section of the item page.
- With many of the wholesale bulk lot or closeout liquidation auctions you will find listed the pre-ticketed price or the MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) this way you can analyze what markup to can achieve buying the lot.
- Review case dimensions, weights, case packing and all other information.
- Most of the wholesale bulk lot or closeout liquidation auctions have the quantity of the lot shown in the title. It can also be found in the lower section of the item page.
- Shipping links can also be found in the lower section of the wholesale bulk lot item form. Use them to check your shipping cost. Note most lots are showing information for one case and then shows total estimated cube.
- After you have analyzed the wholesale bulk lot or closeout liquidation auction and want to place a bid to buy it, go to the bidding section, located at the bottom of the listing, and place your bid in the appropriate box.
- We do offer buyer’s protection for the wholesale bulk lot auctions this is in the form of escrow accounts there is a charge for it but you may deem in favor of using the service. Note that if a seller marks in their description “as is where is” there are NO protections available and this does not apply to any “closeout liquidation auction”
- Some of the auctions also have samples available simply review the sample section of the site. Also if the auction you are interested in does not offer samples please feel free to contact us we will try to up you obtain samples.
Remember, you must complete the Registration Process, before you can begin bidding.
You have located a great deal that you want to bid on but the deal is larger then you can use. Simply contact us and we will try to negotiate with the seller to split the wholesale bulk lot auction. It has been done before for others. We are here to serve your needs.
This service can not be provided with any of the closeout liquidation auctions.
Q: How do I leave a feedback comment about my experience with another registered user?
A: Just go to your won/closed auction items and you will then be able to click on the option to leave
feedback on a user for the specific closed item. Remember, once you leave feedback you may
not go back and change it.
What is the difference between Wholesale Bulk Lots and Closeout Liquidation Auctions?
- Wholesale Bulk Lots Auctions; are inside price deals are as a standard slightly below wholesale price and varies from auction to auction but with “NO Reserves”. Depending on what the seller is aiming at accomplishing they are in complete control of the start price. Bidding is the same as a normal auction and winning bid is the buyer of the auction. Most Wholesale Bulk Lots Auctioning is for a period of 7 days and can be relisted up to 16 times. The seller has the option offered to them during the listing process they can choose to either auto relist or not.
- Closeout Liquidation Auctions; Closeout Liquidation Auctions are completely different and the start price is $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars USD) with NO Reserves. Pricing is well under normal wholesale price or beyond “Rock Bottom”. As an example let’s say item x normally sells in the line for $1.15 per pc and the importer or wholesaler is over stocked with the item and needs to liquidate it. He/She may list the item for closeout liquidation at $100.00 or $0.15 per piece, this gives the buyer a chance to take advantage of the opportunity and either resells it as a promotion or take full advantage of the addition mark up. There is one catch; the seller has the opportunity of rejecting the “offer to buy”. So if your bids are too low you can miss out on the deal.
There are new features being added we hope by April 16th 2010 just for closeout liquidations which will give an added dimension to auctioning.
